These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LLM Cleaner ("the Software"), a macOS desktop application developed and distributed by LLM Cleaner ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on Mac computers you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or make the Software available to third parties.
All file operations — including moving files to Trash, moving files to an external drive, and permanently deleting files — are initiated exclusively by you through deliberate actions in the Software's interface.
LLM Cleaner does not delete, move, modify, or alter any file without an explicit action by the user. The Software only executes file operations after you select a target and click a button to confirm the operation.
You bear sole and full responsibility for all file operations you initiate through the Software. Before performing any cleanup, we strongly recommend you:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LLM CLEANER, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE ($19 USD AT TIME OF PURCHASE).
LLM Cleaner operates entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store your model files, file paths, scan results, or any other personal data. The only network request the Software makes is an optional version-check ping to getllmcleaner.com/version.json to notify you of available updates. No personally identifiable information is included in this request.
Your purchase is processed by Stripe. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs data collected during the payment process.
LLM Cleaner is sold as a one-time digital purchase. Because the Software is delivered immediately upon payment as a downloadable file, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incompatibility with your setup.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning on your machine, contact us at the address below and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Your purchase includes all updates through version 1.x. We may release updates at our discretion. We reserve the right to change features or discontinue the Software at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to continue supporting existing purchasers.
You agree not to use the Software to delete or move files you do not own or have no right to modify. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLM Cleaner is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
