These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LLM Cleaner ("the Software"), a macOS desktop application developed and distributed by LLM Cleaner ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the Software on Mac computers you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or make the Software available to third parties.
All file operations — including moving files to Trash, moving files to an external drive, and permanently deleting files — are initiated exclusively by you through deliberate actions in the Software's interface.
LLM Cleaner does not delete, move, modify, or alter any file without an explicit action by the user. The Software only executes file operations after you select a target and click a button to confirm the operation.
You bear sole and full responsibility for all file operations you initiate through the Software. Before performing any cleanup, we strongly recommend you:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LLM CLEANER, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE ($19 USD AT TIME OF PURCHASE).
The desktop app. LLM Cleaner operates entirely on your local machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store your model files, file paths, scan results, or any other personal data from the Software. The only network requests the app makes are (a) an optional version-check ping to getllmcleaner.com/version.json to notify you of available updates, and (b) a license-key check against getllmcleaner.com when you activate or renew your license. Neither request includes your file paths, scan results, or any personally identifiable information beyond the license key itself.
This website. getllmcleaner.com uses Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to measure aggregate site traffic such as page views and referring sources. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sites or build a profile of you. No data collected by this analytics tool is ever linked to your identity.
Payment data. Your purchase is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe collects your email address and payment information to process the transaction and issue a receipt; Stripe's own Privacy Policy governs that data.

LLM Cleaner is sold as a one-time digital purchase of $19 USD. Because the Software is delivered immediately upon payment as a downloadable file, all sales are final and no refunds are provided for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or incompatibility with your setup.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning on your machine, contact us at the address below and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. Any refund offered under these circumstances is granted entirely at our discretion and is not a right.
EU/EEA and UK customers: under consumer law, purchases of digital content normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because LLM Cleaner is downloadable immediately after payment, at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the equivalent provision under UK consumer law). Completing checkout constitutes this consent and acknowledgment.
Your purchase includes all updates through version 1.x. We may release updates at our discretion. We reserve the right to change features or discontinue the Software at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to continue supporting existing purchasers.
You agree not to use the Software to delete or move files you do not own or have no right to modify. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LLM Cleaner is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
